OUR PROCESS

First, we embedded FanPower’s interactive polls across the editorial content that’s published on NASCAR.com. Next, we made weekly shows interactive using SMS keywords and a shortcode to involve the fans in the conversation and acquire first-party data. Finally, we used SMS to engage NASCAR fans with intimate, relevant and actionable messages to drive fan loyalty and create personalized conversion moments across fantasy live, breaking news and ticket sales. Fans have the opportunity to take part in a weekly vote via SMS and results are sent to Genius Sports to create a betting market around each match-up chosen.
